How does my bike travel?
Your bike box travels with you in the vehicle. We have spacious vans that accommodate standard bike boxes (up to 150x90x40cm). Your bike is your baby - we treat it that way.
What if my flight is delayed?
If you provide your flight number, we track it automatically. If your flight is delayed, we adjust pickup time accordingly - no extra charge, no stress. Just let us know your flight.
Can I book a return transfer?
Absolutely! Just make two separate bookings - one for arrival, one for departure. This gives you flexibility to adjust times independently.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. After that, we charge 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged in full. You'll get a cancellation link in your confirmation email.
Do you do early morning pickups?
Yes! We're available 24/7. 5am pickup for an early race? No problem. Red-eye flight arrival at 2am? We'll be there.
Why solo riders only?
We specialize in individual cyclists to provide a more personal, flexible service. No waiting for others, no compromises on timing. Groups require different logistics - we focus on doing one thing really well.
How do I pay?
Currently we accept payment upon pickup (cash or card). Online payment options coming soon!
Can you pick up from anywhere in Calpe?
Yes! Hotels, apartments, Airbnbs - anywhere in Calpe and nearby areas like Altea, Benissa, Moraira. Just provide the address when booking.
